18 year old daughter went here last week - got foils for blond highlights. She’s med brown. Was in salon for 5 hrs. Toner left on for way longer than should. Hair looks same colour as when she went in - £143. Then hairdresser booked her in for following week to add more foils - he’d obvs realised she was same med brown as when she went in. Another over 100 quid. I cancelled that one as they should have fixed their mistake free of charge and couldn’t waste another 5 hours.
This is an amazing salon . First class pampering .
I had made a booking on the Fresha app for a refit on extensions at 2pm and got a call 3 hours earlier for them to tell me they can’t do my hair because the hair wasn’t purchased from there and because it is my first visit. On the app in the policies it does not state that for a hair extensions refit you have to buy the hair from there to be able to get a refit. I got a call 30 minutes after asking how long will it take me to get there. I said an hour or so and then she started muttering “ehhhh uhhh” and I says 20 minutes… t... read more
