Would have rated zero stars if available. Terrible customer service turning in a lease.

One star for job was done. Was overcharged $240 for $160 part at Autozon. And $240 for 5 minute of labor. YouTube video is 4 minute long including code reading. I was charged for 2 hours at $115 per hour. (BTW, nationwide per hour rate is $80-$125, so $115 already at the high end). When I contacted customer support, was given BS answer like "we also upgraded your system" Right... manually updating software for 2 hours... In short, job is complete, but was way overcharged. As we explained in great detail, the $230 labor charge was a combination of both diagnosis time and labor time spent to fix the issue with the check engine light being on. Absolutely terrible service. Terrible. I bought a 2013 Nissan Juke in Aug. of 2016- in the year that I have owned it, the car has been in the shop five separate times. This car was a lemon. Once brought to their attention they refused to take it back. They did pay for half of one service bill, however the car was noted to need a new full transmission, due to service that was overlooked when the car was brought in. I can't warn you enough... do not buy a car from these crooked people.

I had body work done on my car aug.1st.,2017, I always bring it there because they do great work, I had other choices thru the insurance but I told them I wanted to go to mike savoie, the manager ken baranowski was so friendly and assured me it would be done in 2 days, which it was, ken is the type of person that sets your mind at ease, also the young man that washed my car (marco)did an outstanding job, not only did he wash it, he completly vacuumed the inside and did all the windows, I can't say enough about these 2 employ... read more

Sandy did a great job. She gave us an amazing deal o our new lease. She also explained the contract very well. Also she was not pushing for useless extras that other dealers try to push on you

Have always had a good experience but yesterday I was taken aback. Usually someone would greet you, take your mileage and do what they do. I hadn't been waited on so I got out the car and walked to the desk and waited for the employee to get off the phone. So a car pulls in behind me and immediately they were approached and waited on. For some reason I took offense but didn't make anything of it. For what. I'm too old for ignorance.
