I purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango HEMI with only 27k miles from Mike Savoie Chevrolet recently expecting a reliable, well-inspected vehicle. Same day after sale, it developed a major no-start issue. I’ve been using this service department for a couple of years and have generally had good experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. I brought in my 2026 Chevrolet Traverse for an issue with one of the center caps on the dealer-installed 22” wheels. The cap was clearly defective—the aluminum portion had separated from the backing with no signs of damage. Temporary fix to shift to park issue. Should be a recall on this continued issue. Very costly for something that keeps happening to some GM vehicles.
