I was interested in a C8 Corvette this dealer had for sale. I sent them my information along with my trade in information on my 2024 Buick Envision ST. Not only was I putting up the difference in payoff and what was owed another 12000 would have been added for the down payment for a total of 30000. Received a response that they could not. I had a disappointing experience at this dealership on Tuesday, September 15, around 11:00 AM. When I arrived, I was greeted by Karen and explained that I was looking for a 3-row SUV. Very disappointing experience. I told the salesperson my budget and what I was looking for, and his response was that finding a car within my budget would be “like finding a unicorn.” I honestly couldn’t tell if he was being sarcastic or trying to make a joke, but either way, I didn’t find it funny or professional. As a customer who came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, I expected to be treated respectfully and to receive helpful suggestions within my budget—not to have my budget mocked.
Paul is always help & accommodating! Top notch! This is coming from a GM employee and someone with high expectations when it comes to customer service!
Brought my car in for a routine oil change (18k miles) and the service advisor strongly recommended an alignment and fuel injector cleaning, which was quoted at over $500. I’m pretty sure I didn’t mention anything about the car pulling to the side or running roughly. Naturally I declined, but the advisor said to make sure to get them done next time. Will there actually be a next time?
