Talk about taking shots in the dark on the customer's expense. Took in a car back in 2013 due to the anti-theft system staying on and the car not turning on. Was told it was the ignition cylinder. Ended up getting the work done paid around $600. Ever since then I've been back an additional 5 times for the same problem. Was charged to take a look at it ($99) multiple times by this dealership. Since your vehicle was towed in and out of commission we did ask before we took your vehicle if you would approve the BCM repair that had been diagnosed previously. I bought a certified used car from their lot in may 2016. Since then I have had to get it serviced 6 different times for the exact same problem (6 repairs within 5 months). I bought this car so I could drive to Wayne state 4-5 days a week without breaking down and it's problem after problem. I do not recommend anyone to buy a car from there!

My experience with Mike Savoie was excellent compared to a previous Chevy dealer. Philip made it easy for me - I did most of the paperwork on-line, so it was fast and got approved real quick. Philip worked to find the Equinox I wanted, got it here timely and demonstrated everything, even set up my phone

Called today about my key not working my in the ignition. Told me a couple of things that could be wrong with it, but I would have c to get it towed there. Got it towed, no charge through my roadside assistance. Paul called and updated me on the service of my car. Got it all done before close of business and fixed 2 recall issues, so no charge! Extremely pleased with the service and the friendliness. Thanks Mike Savoie Chevrolet!

This dealership does it right. I sat down ready to work for an hour and a halt ... They squeezed me in for an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip...45 minutes later - out the door!
