Bought a 2017 impala from here less than a year ago. I’ve been trying to get a Oil change for about three weeks now and nothing is open. It’s sad but I work until 5:30 during the week and Saturday morning is out the question because they never have them open so guess I have to go some m where else
Many thanks to Mike Savoie Chevy for their quick turn today on replacing a blown tire as well as some minor maintenance. The service team tracked down the back-ordered tire and brought it to the dealer for a same-day repair. Rachel was amazing in keeping me updated all day on progress and the repair was done ahead of the promised time. Great service and a wonderful experience.
Absolutely loved my experience buying a new Equinox. First time I actually felt that my cat salesman was looking out for my interests as well. I'll be back.
