My car came in with a check engine light. It came out with a noise and jerky movements. When I returned the same day they could even look at it until after the weekend. Ended up to be a broken bearing that most likely was broken while you were fixing the check engine light. In the end we had to pay another $200 for you to fix what you broke while it was in your care. Additionally horrible with telling us the status both with initial problem as well as the one you created. Will be sure to tell all my friends.
Mark Gurney was an excellent salesman who help me find an affordable car and took time out to make sure we were happy with our choice.
My advice is make an appointment for service, I did. Got there at 7am, in and out in less than an hour. Excellent facilities to wait. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I give them 5 Stars!!
The best auto mechanics ever
Our truck buying at Mike Savoie was great. Greg has been our salesman for over 15 years. Love the 2020 1500 with the 6.2 engine. Can’t wait for Camping Season to start. Please share this with Greg.
Written and oral communications on status of repairs for my vehicle were poor. It was frustrating only be offered a loaner vehicle after I went to the Manger of Service to ask for one. Then, the loaner was a Trek, not fit for my family needs. My lease is an Equinox. The second time my new lease was in the service dept. was for the same safety issue as the first time (back door did not close properly and was not accessibly to open from the outside).
