Eric was our salesperson. He was so professional and understanding and helpful in explaining everything we needed to know. I would recommend Mike Savoie Chevy to everyone we know or come in contact with who wants a Chevy We have a Malibu....Love it. As history would reveal, we bought a Malibu the first year they came out and loved it then.
Good oil change
Very helpful and kind! I drive across town to go to them! Totally worth it!
I brought my equinox in on a Monday and it was $2600 worth of work, they said it would be done on Friday. They were nice enough to give me a courtesy. Then they called and said it would not be done on Friday. I picked it up today - Tuesday, and my windshield has a large crack in it that was not there before. All the men there told me that there was nothing they could do for me and even if I wanted to speak to their boss, it would make no difference, they would not do anything for me. It took 13 hours for them to change my mother-in-laws oil. Dropped car off at 730AM and it wasn't ready till 830PM. That included calling twice to check if it was done, once at 6PM and again at 730PM.
