Allen the service advisor spent over an hour helping me defrost my frozen windshield washer fluid because I’m from Florida and we don’t have anti-freeze in our fluid. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had at a car dealership and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs honest work.
Excellent customer service! Good service. The coffee was good too. Much better than previous dealership.
I was quite impressed with the service. I arrived at 1:20 PM on Saturday. There was a customer ahead of me so I had to wait a few minutes. On check in, I needed both an oil change and tire repair and was told "we normally stop taking customers at 1:30 but I'll get you in". On top of that, I had enough points on my account to pay for everything! No money spent!! Walked away with the staff wishing me a Merry Christmas!
Why does your time for oil changes say open until 6, I get here at 5 and am told that your dealership is closed and they take the last car at 4:45? Makes NO sense especially when people bust their ass to fly out of work to get there to be turned away. We seriously should have bought our new vehicle somewhere else.
I was there for an oil change and a tire repair. It should my take 3 hours to fix my tire!!! Also, when I went to check out I asked how my oil change went, he said they forgot to do it and it would just take a few minutes, another hour before it was finally done�if it were'nt for my tire warranty only being good at that dealership I would never go back. The next time I buy a vehicle it won't be from there!!!!
