First time leasing from this dealership. I called 3/6, spoke directly to Tracy (salesperson), who was awesome! She was so easy to deal with and was great at negotiating the price I wanted for our lease. We have never been in and out of dealership that quickly. Tracy made sure there were no surprises and worked with us a lot over the phone. By 7:45pm on 3/6 we drove away with a new Journey, and we couldn't be happier. Great Dealership! We so will refer people to Tracy!!!!

Poor service even though I made apt at 9am because I had another appt at doc I was put to end of line on job quoted to take 1 1/2 hours I'm still waiting at 4 pm
