Jason Burns has to be by far the worst salesman that the dealership employees. My grandparents came from Lexington Michigan looking to purchase a Jeep. He wasted hours of their time, he spoke down to them about their turn in vehicle value... "Made a mistake" when it came to the paperwork on the vehicle... And a very large price difference then discussed....Threw papers in the air and acted as a total buffoon. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because their detail department is always very kind and on point.
The guys in the used car dealership ( Ray & Greg ) are AWESOME! Took care of me and we're all pretty cool! Thank you for a great experience today!
Salesman openly complained about getting 8's instead of 10's on his survey from us. Sorry Chris DeMartino, you'll never get anymore 8's from us. Maybe less bikini googling and cigarette breaks though if you actually are curious to why you didn't get any 10's out of me. Turned a good experience into an embarrassing one.
I just had my 2015 Ram repaired at the body shop and the paint on the parts they replaced looks absolutely terrible. They had my truck for almost a month Nov 12th- Dec 8th. Pictures of the paint in the comment section.
Horrible communication in the service department.

Definitely a 5 Star Dealership....
Their service dept....great. I know that any business survives on profit, but I feel that what they did to me, and I'm certain other customers, was incomprehensible. After talking to them, calling Chrysler customer care, ( only to be referred back to the dealership ) , sending emails to mike riehl ( untouchable ) to have it intercepted by their manager Brian was really aggravating. Finally talked to Brian...and his final word in a very condescending way was...were entitled to make a profit, enjoy you new truck. My dad retire... read more
Great experience! Amazing team, super helpful in finding the car I wanted, Dodge Journey, in my price range. I'm never going to another dealership.
