Take my vehicle in to this dealership to get things worked on because it is close to my house. I have a lifetime warranty on this vehicle. Everytime I take it in there to get fixed it is never done right. Then the service advisors and other think that were all idiots and no nothing about cars. The bad thing is when something is not done right the first time it causes other problems to the vehicle that they then want to charge you for a month later. I love my car, but it was a used car with a 2 year warranty. I have had a loaner car more than the actual car I bought. And they keep telling me they don’t know what’s wrong with it.
Went to keep dealership after dealership trying to get a good price on the jeep Cherokee. Came to Mike Reihls and talked to Tom Van Daele and he got me the jeep and price I wanted. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend friends and family.
I never went to this dealership before. There's something suspiciously wrong with this. People are stealing employee discounts all the time and I'm not sure how.
Everyone is so nice, courteous, and professional. I was in and out of Express Oil Change in no time.
