Great experience-Mike Leder was an awesome salesman! He was helpful, thoughtful, not pushy, and explained everything to me!
I had a 1:00 appointment and they took me right on time and had me out in an hour as promised. They did an excellent job on my repairs. I would definitely recommend their service department.

Our experience was awesome, after we had delt with several salesmen at other dealerships that were not interestes in helping us that drew out buying a vehicle for over a weak( and not one tha we wanted) We drove to Mike Riel's!! Scott in sales was honest and very helpful in less the 24 hours we were able to obtain a mini van within our price range, the dealer ship went leaps and bounds for my family and will refer everone looking for vehicles to them...
This was my first visit. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service. The initial greeting and helpful guidance through the service procedures was very reassuring. My service experience at another local dealership has been less than acceptable -particularly an establishment that has such a large public acceptance. Roseville Chrysler was a refreshing. No long wait times. The service tech gave me a thorough report of findings and provided supporting documentation. I will be a returning customer.
I have had a great experience having my Jeep serviced there for maintenance and oil changes. I recently traded in my Jeep Patriot and purchased a Jeep Cherokee Limited. I told my salesman Devin what I wanted and he made it happen! Thanks for a great experience!
