Took my Pacifica in for a recall was told to set aside one hour to get the job done. They did two recalls in twenty five minutes great job.
We just leased another vehicle through Mike Riehl's. It was a great experience. Craig Robertson spoke with us and had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. He took enough time to explain all of the features of the car and my wife went back the next day and he explained the gps and hands free features to her complete understanding. I drove a few miles out of my way today in the heat because my tire pressure on my 2 month old Ram dramatically lost pressure down to 13lbs and was apparent on my dash and via email. I specifically told the girl at the counter who was very nice. The mechanic came in 30 min later after checking the wrong tire then pulled it back in and they checked it again and found nothing wrong. This was my first time leasing a car. We called early the day we went and worked with Ray Ackerman. He did everything he could do for us to make it as easy and simple as possible. He quickly solved any problem we had, and we ended up driving off with the vehicle! I'm so happy with my experience and will definitely come back in the future! Highly recommended!
