Was very pleased with my service that was done for me on my scheduled appointment!! No complaint here!!
I paid $200.87, for a transmission service that was for draining old fluid and replacing with new and changing the transmission filter, well the pan was never dropped and the filter is inside, which means I was charged 200 dollars to drain and fill the tansmission, it seems they will screw anyone the think they can, but not this one, See you scammer in the mourn

Not sure where to begin, we have bought 3 cars from Toyota of north Charlotte, 2 from Scott Clark and 1 from Mike Johnson. The most horrible service ever, will stick with the other two! Stay clear people you can receive service better anywhere!
