This is my second car I have bought from Mike Johnson's Toyota. I brought my Prius C In for service. My 30,000 mile check up, oil change, etc. Scott did an excellent job. He was very courteous. He explained everything that was done to my car. Thank you Scott I appreciate everything you did for me and Pearl❤️
Recommended"Siggy" and the guys on 'on the hill' did a yet another good job with the periodic service on my Camry Hybrid. Drove in without appointment and drove out less than an hour later with all work done. This has been the case for the eight years I have owned the car.
This company scammed me,bought a car from them,3 days later,the electronic shifter need to be replaced,Chrysler dealership got it changed,my mechanic said those tires will not pass inspection,i went back to tell them,they did some fake inspection,they said its okay,when i went back 3 days to report the shifter,one of their service staff(whyte/white)told me those tires need to be changed soon,i told him i got that car from them 3 days ago,then he kept quiet,anyway,i had to buy new tires on that car,they say first impression m... read more

My service manager, Scott Wheatley, in the express service department was efficient and very helpful. He got my car in and out in great time for the work that needed to be done. I will come back as long as he is my service manager.
Super disappointed in mike Johnsons toyota customer service. My husband received a call about servicing his vehicle when starting to respond that his wife handles that the caller hung up on him before he finished his sentence and when he returned the call the receptionist hung up as well!!! Super disappointed in this as I know some of the guys there are great and a few bad seeds ruin it!!!
