Came in for what I thought was an oil change according to the sticker on the windshield. It turned out to be a TIRE ROTATION. When I opened my car door to get in, There was grease/oil on the inside of my door all over the panel and door handle. I have almond-colored leather inside my car. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. If you don't respect my belonging then you don't respect me. The service rep. wiped the panel with something and off we went. first and last time ill buy and service my car there!!! went there the first time the express service did a poor job on my new car. they only replace my center caps since the tech who worked on my car didn't take the center caps off before he took the tires off to rotate and balance. they didn't replace the bolts that they broke off while taking off the guards to do a oil change. Nick from express service told me my 2016 4runner came like that from the factory when i bought car brand new from mike johnson.
I just had my car serviced this week and the service was outstanding and it is always great! Cindy Hall and everyone at the dealership work hard to make my experience a very good one.

I had an appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM for an 80k miles maintenance and oil change. I was welcomed by Phil, his professionalism, and respectful manners were displayed immediately. I even had my nails done while waiting, and was out within an 1 1/4 hours. Thank you very much for all your cooperation and support.
My appointment was on time. Scott got me in and out in short order and tried to help me with my Toyota navigation system. Unfortunately the nav system in my Highlander really sucks! No solution except use an outside navigation from my cell phone.
