Nothing but good to say about this dealership so far. I have visited dozens over the past few months looking for a truck. Staff super friendly and very helpful!
They just charged a 102 dollar restocking fee. Absolutely absurd for then to charge that much to walk back and stick it back on the shelf. I work at a garage and we have done alot of business with these people never once been charged that amount! Completly disappointed in what a rip off they are!
I'm not happy with Mike Johnson's Toyota right now! Don't schedule a test drive (with cash in your hand) another salesmen will sell the vehicle out from under you before you can even drive it (to a credit card online buyer). And wasted my lunch break time too. That is all I'm saying about .
