Don't ever buy a car here!!!! They screwed my daughter/son-n-law this past week. I'm glad I wasn't present there on Monday because Mike Johnson Toyota would have seen the fury of a Mother. If you need a car go to the Nissan place in Wilkes. My Maxima is 23years old from there I drive it everyday. My daughter walked in there and walked out with a brand new car.
I worked with Eddie to purchase a used vehicle today. He made the process so easy and was very willing to work with my needs. I made an appointment as I was traveling around 2 hours to look at the vehicle, and when I got there he had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to go! Eddie was great! Thank you!
I was in yesterday to have my first free oil change and I have to say it was a terrific experience. Ashley took great care of me and even without an appointment managed to get me back on the road for my luncheon appointment. Great job!

Honestly the quickest oil change ever. In and out in less than 20min. And always the friendliest staff.
I think the place was great! But I'm kind of upset because I've spent $3,000 at this place and my check engine light has came on and hard to turn wheel. Things that wasnt happening before. I don't have bad cars I have a levus rx300, and a toyota avalon I don't mind spending the money but 3 grand I feel my cars shouldnt have any problems.
BEST DEALERSHIP BY FAR IN THE STATE! CAN'T BELIEVE WE ALMOST MISSED OUT...WE WERE SET ON A DIFFERENT MAKE AND MODEL SUV AND CAME TO MIKE JOHNSON;S TOYOTA JUST TO RULE OUT ANY DOUBT OF WANTING ANYTHING DIFFERENT AND TO AVOID THE WHOLE HOURS AFTER LONG HOURS ORDEAL. WE TEST DROVE A DREAM CAR AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT.....TOOK IT HOME :) NO LONG ORDEAL, NO PRESSURE, NO DRAGGING ON WITH MAYBES AND LIES. JAMES, OUR SALESMAN, WAS A BLESSING, PERFORMED HS JOB ABOVE AND BEYOND AS THE WHOLE CREW DID. WE COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER!
