This is my second oil change since I bought my used car from here. My first appt was over 3 hours of waiting cause they didn't have the filter in for my jeep and they had to order it then go pick it up. I am here today after making a 10 am appt cause I have to be in Greensboro by 1 and it's 11:40 and they are still not done. Will definitely not be going back for any more services there. Why make an appt when you still end up waiting over 2 hours for a basic oil change. Something needs to be looked at and changed with this.
