I have been with Mike Johnston Toyota in Hickory N,C, since 2010 brought one car and traded it in for the 2011 Camry that I have now and is totally 100% paid off and I continue to have my car serviced thru them because they are super people who care about people and their cars. I am wanting to get another vehicle and it will be no where but with Mike Johnston Toyota in Hickory no one can compare to them in customer service!
I've been coming to Mike Johnson's express service dept since we've had such bad experiences at the dealership attached service center. These last few times of visiting the express dept the customer service was quite lacking & I've been disappointed BUT this last visit was great. We made an appt with Nick Julian & the experience was outstanding. He was in full control of the guys in the dept. We would highly recommend the express service dept & Nick.
