Bought a 2018 Tacoma, got an absolutely smoking deal, was able to do everything via email/phone since I'm an hour away. They were able to get my truck in only a week vs originally estimated 2.5mo. I'm very particular and hate when dealers play the typical dealer games. I got none of that here; just easy to work with, straightforward guys. We had a hiccup with my trade but not a huge deal. They sure don't work with ya about buying a vehicle. I took my vehicle there was looking to trade. They said I owe too much on the vehicle I have. Couldn't help me out when I have excellent credit. They said I could let mine go back and then they would help me get into a Tacoma. Bunch of crap. Sounds like they would try to screw you over if you would let them.
I bought a new set of Michelins from Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota. The price and service were outstanding. They were very careful with my alloy wheels and balanced them perfectly! The psi was exact as was the alignment. Thanks Joe Rochford, and technician Trey for taking such good care of me. Mike Johnson's service department is the best!
