Purchased a new 4Runner today. Patrick Smith was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very much in tune with what we were looking for. He was able to clearly present different options for making our purchase. They are lucky to have a salesman of his caliber to help guide their customers to the right vehicle and make the best buying decision for their unique circumstances.
I want to give it up to Dylan and Patrick for their great customer service. They are easy to talk to and very helpful without any pressuring. First,I know this is long but I believe in buyer beware. It all started when me and my grandmother went to buy me a car at Mike Johnsons. We were talked into a straw purchase at another dealership and we were not aware of what this was so we wanted to get the car in my name as well. Just purchased a 2016 Buick Encore and I had no problem whatsoever! My salesman Jeff was great...and so was the finance man...I would definitely send people there...only thing I forgot to do was sign up for the drawing of $5000!

Should have been more aware of the cost of my Mazda from Mike Johnson. I paid full price for a 4 year old car with 70,000 miles on it. Thanks a lot Mike. Pushy with lousy service when dealing with staff. I was completely taken advantage of when negotiations were made. Live and learn I guess. Terrible dealership .
