I bought a 2018 Corolla and the entire experience was wonderful! Nathaniel was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, never once felt pressured. They gave me well over what my trade was worth and put me in a new car with tons of extras. I’ve previously done business with Hickory Used Car Superstore and Cloninger Ford and they don’t come close to the service I received at Toyota. I will be buying all my vehicles from Mike Johnson in the future!!

I came in with a appointment to have my oil changed at 8:00 am it’s 9:40 now and still don’t have my car yet. There has been at least 8 people has came after me and has got their car and gone. What’s the use of having a appointment if u have to wait 2 hours to get your car.�

I skipped 2 Toyota dealerships in Charlotte just to go to Mike Johnson Toyota Hickory. The customer service is great and our sales rep Tyler was OUTSTANDING. He was very knowledgeable, took his time and gave us great explanations for all our questions. Since the car had to be shipped in and we were out of town he went the extra mile and delivered it to Charlotte. Without a doubt this is the best customer service I have ever had.
