RecommendedGreat service from Cindy Hall. I have been coming to Mike Johnson's for several years and Cindy has never let me down. If I was rating her on a level of 1 t 10 with 10 the highest...it would definitely be a 10. I recently just bought a new Highlander and one thing I told them is to make sure I get Cindy.
Just experienced tire issue with a slow leak. Since I bought my tires from Mike Johnson’s Toyota - and I’m inside the warranty, they prefer to not plug the leak but replace the tire so I’ll be safe on the highway to get to a conference in time! Thank goodness!

Great service department . Waiting area is great with lots of things to occupy your time while your waiting. The chair massage is awesome and they do excellent work on your car too lol
Andy Lawhon & Brad Ballard made a not-so-good situation much better. Now we are in a 2019 Camry that I feel comfortable in and hopefully will for a long time.
