I had shared a not so pleasant experience at the service department a few months back. I would like to share that I was contacted by Mike Johnson management several times. Although we can't undo what happened they were very apologetic and made everything right. They also said that they would work on the issues to assure that this wouldn't happen again. My father and I experienced factory issues with a 2008 Toyota Camry using oil with very low mileage. I was helped by Tabitha, one of their service writers, at the dealership, with getting the car checked out. Her customer service skills were excellent, and I felt that the problem would be resolved without question. The piston rings had to be replaced in the 2AZ-FE engine that were faulty upon manufacture. We just rented one of their 2020 vans to take to FL. They were so easy to work with. Ask for Dana if you are looking for a rental. I price checked and they were the cheapest.
I will never buy a car from Mike Johnson's again! I had a 2013 honda fit that mest up in 6 mths missing oil no leek blown up engine. They said the fixed it next day I got it back the alternator died told me it be $700 and the trans was sliping . had to return the car to the bank . I then got a 2019 Corolla found out I had 1000 extra options I wasnt told about .

Nick in service is GREAT. He is transparent, knows what he's talking about (has had my vehicle personally, so he knows stuff I don't know) and is very friendly. Recently I've needed bigger repairs and he's been upfront about them in regards to urgency and what can wait. He is easy to work with and I will continue to take my vehicle to him!
