We were treated with the upmost respect and kindness , our salesman (saleslady) Nicolette, was precious from beginning to end of the deal ,also Josh .they were both very professional and helpful, but in a family kind of matter .I think I will adopt Nicolette as my own..thanks to everyone there .we love our Rav 4...thanks again. best place to go .
