Courteous personnel, fast service
I had a transmission issue in my Tacoma and within seconds of my arrival I was able to discuss my issue (not a usual experience at other Toyota dealerships). They responded very respectfully of my issue and really cared. Within minutes I was on a diagnostic test drive with Master Technician Ryan Bartlett. He was articulate and very intelligent with all things Toyota and was able to hone down on what was wrong with my Taco in just a couple hours. dont use them for airbag recalls.. your steering wheel will fall off while driving
on December 26,2019 I took my car to be serviced for a airbag recall. I have not driven this car until yesterday when I went out of town, and when I got back close to home the steering wheel came completely off as my son was driving. I keep thinking what if this happened as I was going 70 mph down the mountain. the car went off the side of the road into a ditch before he got it stopped. and luckily he was not going to fast as this happened.
