Took my 2015 Camry in for scheduled maintenance started out with Tabitha who I love dealing with. She is always very nice and helpful. She went to lunch so I was given Scott Weatley, I had some questions about things my car had been doing, they had all my problems looked into and gave me answers. Even got a massage while there.
none stop scamming of the customer. service department is trained to lie to the customers lol. Im a former employee
So thankful our recall is fixed and unless another one happens we will not be back! Rude service department and you can't even trust them to only change the oil in your vehicle without doing something that doesn't need to be done is ridiculous!
