RecommendedEach time that I have been to Mike Johnson's Toyota, since 2011, I have been more than pleased with the excellence of the Service Department. Joe and Tabitha have really treated me with the utmost respect and care. I have had problems, as you can expect, with any type of machinery.....but they have worked very diligently (especially Joe because I've been dealing with him longer) to get down to the bottom of the issue. I have no complaints.

The prior service manager was the best that I've ever work with I was treated like a valued customer now everyone is just a number. Not sure that I'll return being that I now know where the prior service manager is working and getting the valued customer experience again!!!! Even the service writers lack in so many areas.
This RAV4 is my 4th Toyota purchase. Super roomy, great gas mileage and room for 4 sets of golf clubs! With room to spare. Perfect! Tracey C.
