I called and scheduled a 20K service appointment with Scott the assistant service mgr. I arrived exactly at my appointed time, met Scott, and was directed to the customer lounge to wait while my work was done. Thirty minutes later Scott came to the customer lounge, showed me the work done on the RO and had my vehicle parked at the customer lounge door ready to go! This has to be a service record! Used Vehicle Buyers BEWARE!!! I was very happy with my salesman Andy Granger. I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 Pick-up Platinum Edition. The Platinum Edition Ford Trucks came standard equipment with every bell and whistle available.
