Very helpful Dave meter was our salesman he wasn’t pushy and did everything to make sure we saw the cars we wanted to and jerry in finance pointed out how we could get s better deal on a newer model car and helped us save money I would def go back to them
I had a minor fender-bender accident and took our car to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford to be repaired. They are so accommodating, professional, and so nice in every way! Service department is the absolute best.
My 2015 F-350 was having issues losing power. Driving down the road it would just shut down. I took the truck to Mt. Orab Auto Mall 5 times where they kept reprogramming it. It was still doing it. We took our truck to Mike Castrucci in Milford. They determined the turbo was bad and replaced it. They also gave us a loaner car. They are a class act and will be returning to do business with them.

Just bought the truck of our dreams at Castrucci Ford in Milford. I dealt with Chris Davis who showed us exactly what we wanted. Car shopping is an all day affair anymore, but we knew that going in and made a day of it. It was a great way to spend the 4th of July. The people were friendly, and for once in my life I walked out thinking I bought a car at a good price. Highly recommend. If I ever need to replace this F350 diesel demon, which I hope will last a long, long time, I'll come right back here and deal with them.
I bought a ford focus in june of 2016, not castrucci fords fault but with problems they are having it was there 3 times for the same problem in a 1 year period. This past Thursday I walk in the service area and was greeted by Sam. Talked with me about getting me in something different. Needless to say 2 hours later I was driving out in my new ford escape with 0% interest. Class act business and staff. I will be a lifetime customer with service like this!
Bought my 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum in March and I can honestly say it was the best buying experience I've ever had buying a new car. And I've bought many new cars in my lifetime.
