They still haven't figured out how to properly torque down lug nuts. I've complained, sent emails, and called Ford. No response at all. They've also lied to my face about the price of a car. I would not recommend them.
In my 45 plus years of buying vehicles it was the best experience yet. We found Glen to be very forthcoming and honest. As for the F350 the quality speaks for itself.
