Dust service poor made an appointment a week in advance service writer assured us it would be done same day dropped off night before at 445 we had not heard anything so we called and at that time was told car would not be done that day I’m be willing to bet because these where recalls and they waited till the customer pay work was done 1st
We recently purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion from Castrucci Ford. Charlie Cochran was our salesman and really made our buying experience a pleasant and hassle free experience. My wife and I were very pleased with our car shopping/buying experience. The sales rep replied to my internet inquiry very promptly. My questions about the Ford Edge were answered to my satisfaction but we decided to go with the bigger Explorer. It's all good so far.
Parts were delayed due to the recent snow storm and low temps on 1/12. Resulted in some inconvenience due to not getting the car back until later than they promised after the storm had passed.
