Had a great experience here! Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our chitchat. Went in yesterday to buy new truck. We knew what we were looking for but didn’t know all the fine details. Ryan was great and helped us out by letting us know the ends and outs to each different truck packages. Mike in finance was great also he knows his stuff and the process was quick! Walked away with our 4th ford!

We purchased our 4th vehicle from Robin at Mike Castrucci on Saturday, changed my mind Sunday and on Monday drove home my Chevy Colorado!! They were great! No problems returning the Saturday truck! since then, they installed a bed liner & automatic starter, Tyler in service was on the ball. Took care of everything. Thank you.
My service person AMANDA CAMPBELL is the best she takes care of the customer . Last week I had a 8:00 am oil change and tire rotation and I was in my truck at 8:18 am headed home .AMANDA is great .
