Be honest and resolve the problem. I have reached out to the owner of the company several times over email and I have heard nothing back. They sold me a 2018 that had been curbed and then lied about it. The cost of repairs is well over $1000 and they have turned me away. I had to take the car to Germain Ford to discover all the problems and they were the ones who pointed out everything.
