I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years, until recently. There is no win/win situation with them. No customer appreciation whatsoever.
I have had more then 1 issue with their Service Department and can say it is very disappointing in the approach they take with customers. If you are looking at buying a Ford... buy it from a better dealer!!!
I was with my friend when she went to pick up a vehicle, as we walked in to pick it up she told them why she was there, the automatically got rude she asked a couple questions and they banned her from the dealership! She was nice and polite they had no right treating her this way and banding her. I wouldn’t recommend this place! And they just lost a good customer she was there weekly as she owns a dealership! Bad move ford!
I have spent THOUSANDS of Dollars giving this Ford All of my Business - sending all of our vehicles here and buying all of our parts from here. Service Department could use new management - will be going to Kings Ford Inc. from now on in order to deal with a more professional staff
I have been a life long customer of this Ford Dealership however that will change. They do not seek a Win / Win resolution when an issue arises that should have been a very simple fix - No Customer Loyalty is a Fact.
I went in looking around and they were completely rude acting like they did not have time to help me. So guess what?! They didn’t get my business I went to Jeff Wyler!
Service department is a Joke here. If you are interested in a vehicle please go somewhere else
