I bought a 2018 Ford focus maybe 6 months ago and was told by the sales person that they had fixed the issue with the clutch and engine in last years model well 6 months later I'm taking my NEW Car to the service dept to have a NEW clutch put in I get my car back only for 1 day and it starts driving even worse than before I took it in so once again I take it back to the service department only for them to tell me it has to fail on some test before they can do anything I bought a new car thinking I wouldn't have issues and no... read more
Customer service is poor. Wait time for vehicle to be fixed is poor. Ford Focus has a defective part. The clutch has been replaced 5-6 times and is currently being repaired. We had to purchase warranty to cover repairs because we know that it will need future repairs. Ford doesn’t own up to this defect at all. I will not buy another Ford.
