RecommendedI was having one of the most horrible mornings ever today when the driver’s side window of my Mustang decided to just roll and stay down while I was driving. In the rain. RecommendedI'd been anticipating the new '19 Ranger, and had actually built one on the Ford site. I'd stopped in at Castrucci a few weeks before, and saw their first 'sport' model, but wasn't pressured at all into buying it. But last Saturday, I stopped in and saw my baby! Ryan the salesperson was very helpful, easily the best I'd ever dealt with. I recommend Castrucci Ford in Milford to everyone. It's not perfect, and I've even had issues over the years, but it's the best Ford dealer that I know of in the area.

RecommendedWe have 2 lease vehicles and take them in for servicing when due. We have always felt that the work was done as it should be and they try to make sure you are comfortable while you are waiting. We intend to stay with this dealership for as long as we feel well treated.
I have a 2016 Ford Escape that I bought from here and everything is great about my car EXCEPT for the fact that my back door panels KEEP coming loose from BOTH of my rear doors causing my back doors to jam and not open unless I literally RIP them open, which in turn busts my door panel and I'm stuck with an even BIGGER mess resulting in me not being able to use my back doors at all which is a HUGE issue/safety hazard being i have a 2 year old son I have to put in this car daily.
