I bought my Ford from this location 5 years ago, recently when calling about getting very serious things on my car fixed, they were no help at all. My car has many recalls on it, and they were no assistance in getting them fixed right away no matter how urgent. They always say they are booked out for months, however I feel as if a transmission going out or a door not closing should be a higher priority than an oil change but apparently they feel differently. I spent $130k on 2 trucks. License plate frames were installed on both vehicles. I received a citation for an obstructed license plate. Rather than cover the $27.50 fine, i was told that there was nothing they could do and good luck.
