Highly recommend Charlie Cochran. Charlie was the most patient, knowledgeable sales consultant I have worked with over nearly four decades of buying cars. I drove from Delhi to Milford to investigate an early buyout of my lease on a 2017 Ford Fusion, my second Fusion. After giving Charlie a few of my "wants", I drove away in another Ford Fusion: a new 2019, RED, and she is a beauty!!! So a big THANK YOU to Charlie and the Finance Department at Mike Castrucci Ford for the exemplary experience, definitely worth the drive.
Highly recommend Josh Holston. Loving our GT. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us at all. We have our other Ford serviced at Mike Castrucci Ford as well and also highly recommend their service department. Very friendly.
Customer and brand loyalty means nothing to this dealership. After 20 years and at least 4 cars purchased and serviced here; we will not be back. IF we ever buy another Ford and that’s a big IF. It will not be from Castrucci. The service department totally screwed over our daughter who at 24 had already purchased 2 new cars from Castrucci...they’ve lost a future loyal customer with her as well.
