Bought a car from them last december WITH an extend warranty, 2 weeks later the drivers side seat stopped working. I faught with them to look at it and get it fixed, after posting something to Facebook about it they then decided they would fix it. 2 weeks after I get the car back the seat stops working again. this time it was in the right position so I didn't mess with getting it fixed. a few months later I stopped in to get some other things looked at (they didnt fix those either) and asked them to look at the seat. RecommendedVery quick and easy. We did not have to spend the day at the dealership but only about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and without any pressure to purchase anything. Highly recommend. We have purchased vehicles in the past with the same experience and will continue in the future.

I bought a 2014 Escape last March there and my transmission went out two weeks ago.. no warranty and not knowing what to do, been pressuring by family to buy new car.
