If y’all go to trade your car in at Milford Castrucci DO NOT work with Seth Caldwell. He sent me home while running my stuff never called so I called him and he was supposed to return my call and I’ve still never received a call. That was 10 days ago. All I’m saying is if he could reach me on my phone they have my email and I haven’t gotten anything there either

Place is trash. They told me I needed hundreds of dollars with of parts. I had a personal mechanic help me and I saved hundreds of dollars and the stuff they told me I needed fixed didn’t need to be fixed at all.

Bought a used car in May of 2018, should have turned it right back in, when I got home and it dropped out of gear while driving then wouldn’t go in park- the SAME DAY I bought it! But they assured me they would fix everything- 8 visits later it seemed to be better.. fast forward to now- I have spent over $2500 in repairs on this car! Not to mention time off work, etc. I will NEVER buy or recommend Castrucci for anything
