Took hour and a half for tire rotation even with appointment. Could have gone 2 miles up the road from my house and do a walk in off the street from Tire Discounters and had it done quicker.

RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Tom yesterday and he was amazing! I saw the car online, called to make sure they still had it. I got there and he had the car out front ready to go for the test drive by the time I got there. Tom actually listened to me and worked hard to give me a good deal on a great car! He has helped me for many years and I trust that he has my best interest in mind with every transaction. He is the most realest sales guy I know! He keeps it 💯 and there is never any pressure. sales people are crooks. bought a 2018 escape . lifted the hood when I got home-engine covered I'm mud- raccoon had been living in it! service manager pulled my delivery sheet- sales person Donny had changed original sheet that had nothing on it to raccoon damage. But no signature. BEWARE
