Recommendedmy last 2 visits to the service department went very well...the 4 point inspection went quite smooth at a very good price. Next, the other day I just stopped by about 1130 to inquire about required recall upgrade for my 2013 F150...they took me on the spot found my battery was weak ( I was planning on new one anyway before winter). They replaced battery and competed recall work and I was out by noon..great!

I absolutely do not recommend Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. We bought a 2014 Ford Escape with 65,000 miles back in February 2017. Here we are in August 2019 and over the past 2 1/2 years (and 20,000 miles later) we have had to replace the right axle, the wheel bearing twice, the tie rod, on top of that we’ve already had to get new tires put on and now we’re rebuilding the transmission which completely died last week.
