RecommendedI felt welcome when going in to look at my 2019 Ford Fiesta. The salespeople provided me with sweets in the lounge area while my car was getting last minute touch-ups before driving home with it. Although the mechanics were slow in getting my car ready, the salespeople were understanding and generous. I recommend all drivers to go to Castrucci Ford. If you have a family member who worked for Ford, or if you’re a college grad like me, you get a discount on the original price of your new car!

This was my second vehicle purchase with the Castrucci family of dealerships and even though I live in Columbus, I will happily drive to the Cincinnati area again next time I need to purchase a vehicle! RecommendedJust purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Josh. The buying process was very simple, fast and efficient. I told Josh what I was looking for and within 5 minutes I was test driving my new Fusion. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Fusion Hybrid, Dave Anderson in Finance was great as well. This is the third new car I've purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford and my second Fusion all of my experiences at this dealership have been great.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! horrible customer service and dealership sells cars with recalls without notification for the buyer. My husband and I purchased a car in November 2018 put 1200 dollars down only to have the car catch fire a week after purchase in the past 8 months the car was in the shop 2 months. the motor finally gave out after only 8 months and dealership will not help us. BUYER BEWARE!!!
RecommendedVery prompt on getting our car in at appointment time. Did not take long. Had a 5 year old grandchild who they were very friendly to. The waiting area was very accommodating with TV and lots of snacks both healthy and sugary. Loved those fresh bakes cookies. They do need a source of magazines that are geared to women.
RecommendedThis was the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. We recently purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer. Charlie Cochran is the best. They did not have the model we wanted so Charlie worked his magic and found the car for us. Very pleased with our new Explorer.
RecommendedJust bought the new 2020 Explorer and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. (This is my 7th new car) I worked with David Layer and he was wonderful. No pressure at all and no games with the pricing. There was also no pressure when they offered the extended warranties. Once I said no, that was it. David took the time to go over everything in the new car. I will definitely go back. The new 2020 Explorer is amazing. This is my 3rd Explorer and they keep getting better.
I will tell everyone I know to ask for Seth. SOLD!
