Labor rates are astronomical & often takes 2-3 trips to get problems fixed. They earn one star because employees are generally helpful & friendly.

Made a key for me. Would have appreciated if they had told me they moved my truck. Walked around trying to find it and had to go back inside to ask where it was. Mind you, I had already paid for key...$300+.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. They seem to genuinely want to be of help. We drop our vehicle off, they call us when it’s ready and we run back up there and pick it up. The service is very convenient and we can usually get an appointment the same day we call.

Dishonest, did body damage to my car, replaced parts that didn't need replacing. Took the car in for a recall, drove it there, I was told the car didn't have the codes for replacement of defective part but a diagnostic said I need other parts. They installed the new parts then I'm told by the service department it won't drive at all, I need a different part, an $850 part. Let them install the part since I could no longer drive the car. I was told parts and labor would be around $2100 when I finally was able to get the car it... read more
