I’ve gone here for years. The remaining staff and staff that are there now are great. TK is awesome. One of the remaining service writers is great. I’m thankful they all still have jobs. The dealership has drastically changed. I won’t give my negative concerns because you probably would not care.
Jordan Ford has always been very professional and always do excellent work. The technician did an excellent job from my time of arrival to my departure.
My Maverick had a recall for the back-up camera. Jordan got me in on my schedule and completed the recall within an hour. Very satisfied!

I've dealt with Tom for years. Always has the best advice if he doesn't have what i want he finds it.
I can always depend on Jordan to help me with my truck. I picked up a large bolt in one of my tires which only have 1800 miles on them and they were able to repair it.
It took almost 5 months to total my vehicle. Jordan collision gave my vehicle while it wasn't finished and it wasn't safe to drive. I had to drive to the repair shop 10 different occasions to get answers on my vehicle.
Jarrid was very helpful and respectful in explaining what needed to be done to repair the car and how long it would take.
