Both ladies were awesome to work with. Wendi is an outstanding salesperson. She has a great personality and very honest. She was not at all pushy but very informative. Brandi also has a great personality and fun to work with. I would highly recommend both of these great ladies. We came in for service and ended up purchasing a vehicle.

Extremely misleading pricing practices — buyer beware. I was in talks with a sales rep about purchasing a truck listed for $88,761 — clearly labeled as both the Cash Price and Finance Price on their own website toggle. However, I was later told by the dealership that I could not purchase the truck at the listed price unless I agreed to their in-house financing — and even then, the final price was inflated from what was shown online. I have been bringing my car to Jordan for years. Everyone has always so pleasant, polite and helpful. The have always gone above and beyond to help me. When I needed a new car, they were wonderful in helping me choose the right vehicle and financing. I’ve always mentioned to family and friends how wonderful the staff at Jordsn Ford are!

Jean was extremely personal and professional from start to finish. She not only handled the vehicle sale but also cared enough to take my two 4 year old grand daughters to the playroom area.
