The staff was friendly, they ordered the parts the day before and I was in there for less than an hour.
Brought my new truck in for recalls the service writer was fantastic, but for some reason the radio issue is worse than when I brought it in. There were three electronic recalls. Not sure if the other two were fixed or not but the radio issue is still there. Guess I’ll have to go back next week🤷♂️
Great follow up! Brandy and Dave were great to deal with. They kept me informed as I waited on the delivery of my Bronco!

Bought my Bronco at a different dealership because they weren’t willing to be flexible on pricing,. Since they are closest dealer I have used them for service. Most recent service they charge $120 for simple oil change and then $6 for credit card fee. Fast food places don’t even charge credit card fee. It’s not that $6 is going to put me in bankruptcy but the overall condescending “you’re an idiot and we will take advantage when we can” attitude was a put off. After hitting a deer in Dec 2024, I trusted Jordan’s again because of a great experience in 2021. This time? A nightmare. They returned my car in Jan. By April, it was overheating. Turns out the tech had taken shortcuts—missing engine cover, broken fan shroud, and a poorly burped cooling system. I brought it back six times in a month, getting excuse after excuse.
