Normally have very good experience here but this time I picked up car after coolant hose replaced and 2 miles it said low coolant and overheated. Neither of which was true. Further opinion will depend on what happens next. Good news. Jordan Service found an air bubble got trapped in sensor causing problem. Oil change took over 2 hours even with the first appointment of the day. Tires were rotated but tire pressures were not adjusted to 65 psi in front and 80psi in rear. Service manager made things right by refunding my money. I will try them again.
Beware of this place, very unethical. Worst experience we've ever had. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusted with my treatment this time was told to go to another dealership out of the area that was cheaper than Basil price they didn't even try to keep me as a customer will never go there again received a call from a Charlie he didn't even put effort into trying to see me a vehicle..who does that ..no more customer satisfaction or going above and beyond to get you to stay as a customer
